Editorial
We are at a critical junction of our evolution. We know that things are changing.
As Pisces gives way to Aquarius the new age movement and the many new healing modalities
are doing a great deal to help with this transition. A fundamental problem remains
however - we have inherited a scientific-technological paradigm that alienates the
human being from Nature. Nature is seen as the enemy that needs to be tamed and
subjugated. The consequences are dire because Nature, the Great Mother, will not
be “tamed”.
The general feeling is that of hopelessness, of no way out of this paradigm. A quiet
desperation prevails, waiting for some divine intervention. But there is an alternative.
For at least a hundred and fifty years highly evolved scientific-spiritual beings
have been showing us a different technological path that integrates mysticism and
science into a single whole. This science studies cause, not only effect. Cause
lies in Cosmic Consciousness - there where the stars open up to us.

The answers we seek are buried in the temple within. Within each one of us lies
the gateway to all knowledge. The form and structure of this knowledge remains a
mystery because we have lost the key to unlocking it. This key to the mystery however,
is hidden in plain view. It is in the space all around us, expressed in the geometries
of Nature and the archetypes of Mind.
The secret to its revelation does not lie in some forbidden city, but can be read
and understood by anyone who wants to. This knowledge is rediscovered by every generation.
What has changed is that we are now older, that we have been shown some of the mysteries
of electric fire and what once could only be understood by a rare few can now be
accessed and understood by many. We are now discovering secrets of energy that can
shift our world consciousness to an interplanetary consciousness. We have arrived
at a point in our evolution where technology can become a spiritual extension of
ourselves. For example, there are strange ships in the sky. They have always been
there - dimensional corridors, there for us to use. They are part of the galactic
consciousness, the technologies of meta-minds in light dimensions, inviting us in.
It is the laws and metaphysics of the subtler dimensions of pure energy that these
advanced scientists have been studying for more than a century, documented in books
available in the public domain. One must just know what to look for. This science
differs from the orthodox science in that it sees Nature as one vibrational whole.
As transformation begins within us, true knowledge unfolds likewise. As our vibration
becomes resonant with the whole, the whole becomes manifest in us. This science
of energy is studied in mind as much as in the laboratory.

Bearing in mind that this was in the period between 1870 and 1898, he showed remarkable
insight into things which were completely intangible at the time. The emergence
of the photon theory which gives us the relationship between electricity, light and
heat is a relatively recent development of quantum physics.
Most of Keely's work disappeared after his death. His greatest legacy, the forty
laws of sympathetic vibration, has fortunately survived. These laws describe the
behaviour of waves and their relationship to the infinite-potential fulcrum of quiescent
space. Keely's laws and vision of the integration of mind into vibratory physics
resulted in a significant esoteric science.
A large group of people today are again studying the work of Keely, many in the context
of modern electro-magnetism. Foremost amongst them is scientist Dale Pond, who has
devoted years to studying and synthesizing the work of John Keely, Walter Russell
(future edition) and others into what has become a sophisticated and integrated science
and philosophy called Sympathetic Vibratory Physics.

One Source, One Force. It maintains that the fantastic array of things and activities
throughout the universe are related in a simple manner. This simple basis of relativity

The archelogy of mind may seem a Quixotean errant but mind does have discernable
structure. The expression of mind into dimension follows a path of differentiation
from Oneness into many-ness similar to that of matter. These primal "patterns" of
mind was first identified by Plato as archetypes, underpinning the multiplicity of
individual behaviour.
Our bodies have in them inherited archaic structures from its evolutionary past such
as the R-complex or "reptilian brain". Carl Jung described archetypes as the inherited
archaic structures of mind, conceptually similar to that of the body. Archetypes
can be seen as "organs" of mind that express through consciousness as fundamental
patterns of thought, behaviour and personality. These patterns or archetypes are
equally applicable to us as a collective. An example is the rites of passage contained
in all cultures. They stem from a distant past where the psyche of the individual
had not yet fully separated from the collective unconscious and dream symbols still
formed a significant part of the individual's "reality". Before the full emergence
of the rational mind - a relatively recent acquisition - people operated in a much
more instinctual, animalistic way. These were the days where tree spirits and monsters
were as real as cell phones are today. How many people really know how cell phones
work? Still we accept them as utilitarian objects just as primitive people accepted
symbols and totems. Archetypes are the energy of the psyche. When fully connecting
with the archetype of his anima, a man can move mountains.
In the primitive mind the individual and the archetypal psyche was much less distinguishable.
Just because we do not live in this intertwined dream-reality anymore does not mean
that these archetypes do not have an influence on us. They have the same energy
and impact in our lives today as they did then but now much more through our dreams
and collective myths. We have gained a considerable degree of control over our waking
rational lives but this has come at a great cost. Our dream symbols have lost their
meaning. They have ceased to guide us. The shaman - or mediator between worlds
- has gone and so has our connection to our roots in the unconscious. Our world
has become mechanical and sterile; the magic has gone.
Just as the stars, planets and ourselves are projections out of the chaos of space,
patterned by some evolutionary plan in Time, our minds are projections out of the
chaos of universal Mind. The animating Life Principle connects consciousness to
energy-matter through mind to allow a dimension in space to become ordered and self-aware.
We are a stage in that process. We are the mind in matter and just as little as
we have control over the design of our bodies, so little do have we control over
the design of our minds. Out of the mists of space-mind the archetypes project as
the patterns in which we clothe our personalities and rituals.
We are only just emerging into consciousness. Our awareness is still very intermittent,
switched on and off by the sun and the earth. We have very short attention spans
that vary considerably during they day. It is all still very new. Like the child
awakening into consciousness at first knows only its mother, we still only know this
planet and the archetypes evolved in the collective mind of this planet, our noosphere.
But what of archetypes evolved in the vibrations of the stars and galaxies? We can
hardly comprehend the possibility of interstellar minds, of meta-minds, working as
formless consciousness patterns informing galactic civilisations. What basis do
we have for assuming that we are the only forms of mind that have access to the Morphic
Fields described by Rupert Sheldrake? What of the Morphic Fields of constellations?
The mind is infinite. While our bodies are of the earth our minds are from the stars.

will help to clarify of some of the concepts.
Our connection to the universal mind has become tenuous. The symbolic language of
the archetypes is forgotten. We can however regain that connection by accepting
our one-ness with Nature. We can re-learn to enter into the unconscious, but now
from a much higher spiral of our evolution. The etheric planetary memory has become
much more abstract. We have a vastly different platform from which to launch mind
into the unconscious than that of our primitive ancestors.
Once we grasp the all-important point that this is a dream, dreamt by the Cosmic
Mind and that we are a part of that dream, a completely new approach to science can
be developed. We can once again return to a state where the boundary between mind
and matter is symbolic. Our mental and material worlds stem from the same informational
dimension and Cosmic intelligence. Jung coined the term synchronicity for this ability
of the world of the not-self to symbolically reflect things from within the self
as if in a dream.
Deep within the Cosmic Dream are we, the souls whose destiny it is to become co-creators
of the dream. This is the divine purpose of evolution - a conscious universe!
We have arrived at a much higher understanding of our world. We now understand that
there is no substance in the universe, only patterned energy in motion. Ether, the
formative energy, is the state of matter that receives information from the time
dimension and translates it into the geometries of space. Time, which we will discuss
in more detail in future issues, does not contain space. Spatially it is adimentional
and exits as an infinity in the moment. We cannot conceive of all that this infinity
holds because our interface to time is memory and so we only see the record of what
has been. We are vibrationally coupled to the past. But as we approach the infinitesimal
moment, the now, by withdrawing our consciousness from the memory record of space-time
to exist fully in the moment, the time dimension opens before us and all possibilities
can become realised. We can begin to tune into the currents of consciousness of
vibrational systems far, far beyond our own, create thought-forms in time that can
alter the planetary reality and build mindships that can take us to the stars. This
physical reality we know is only one small dimension in a multitude of causal mind
dimensions. Within these dimensions are ancient beings and cosmic archetypes unimaginable
to our earthly mind. As we expand our consciousness into these archetypal vibrations
we can begin to live a cosmic life, evolving away from this physical bondage into
an unlimited existence of pure abstraction.
I was watching another episode of Johnny Clegg’s wonderful TV series “South Africa,
A Country Imagined” when he introduced an enchanting character, Outa Lappies, an
artist, engineer, prophet and magician who creates somethings out of nothing; somethings
filled with a childlike wonder that defies description. There was something uncomfortably
familiar about Outa Lappies and so to lay the ghost to rest I had to invent a term
for the convolutions of his mind. Conceptual Technology.
To understand the roots of this peculiar creative urge let us first consider Vulcan,
the archetype of technology. We regard tool-making as part of our humanness but
there is a higher aspect to this. Technology is not necessarily a tool, nor is it
necessarily physical. It differs from being a mere tool in that it consists of a
system of ideas. A technology can be a method of doing something. When we speak
of technology transfer in industry it is not only the selling of a piece of machinery
or software but will incorporate the methods of using those systems. It incorporates
know-how. Apes use tools but they do not create technologies because that requires
abstraction. This capacity to develop technological systems through abstraction
is uniquely human and is a creative archetype embedded in our psyche. It is something
we do instinctively. As we evolve so do the systems we develop. Nobody invented
the idea of systems itself, it simply emerged from our collective unconscious and
developed in sophistication as our abstract thinking developed. All art is a form
of abstraction but truly abstract and conceptual art is a very recent evolutionary
step. Artists always lead the way of human thought and if we're lucky science may
follow a hundred or so years later.
Ironically, even though computer technology is complex and consumes much mental energy,
at its very root is the most simple concept in the knowledge of electricity - the
On/Off switch. The 1 and 0. Everything we express and experience through the virtual
cyberspace is abstracted into streams of 1's and 0's in time.
Now - imagine systems that have no on/off states, that exist holographically as vibrational
wholes. Such cosmic technologies have always existed. Take for example a memory.
The informational or time component of the memory has a beginning and an end but
the memory itself, embedded in the first ether - the akashic record - is an energetic
four-dimensional scalar "hologram", eternal in its nature and effect. This is the
basis of the study of magic in higher dimensions - the construction and behaviour
of "living" thought-forms. Once a thought-form can be created in the time dimension
it exists everywhere and everywhen. It becomes a synchronistic system that invokes
the archetypal symbolic language of Cosmic Mind to find expression in space through
time-flux by the will and life of its creator. I will discuss the concepts of space
and time more fully in future issues but let me state for the sake of this explanation
that the time dimension cannot contain time. What we experience as time is not time
itself, it is time-flux, a result of the interaction of time and space. Time is
adimensional. All the future and the past is contained in the Eternal Moment. It
is quite a difficult concept to grasp but something cannot be defined in terms of
itself. We, at this level of consciousness have to define everything in relative
terms. Time and space however, as the ultimate creative principles are not relative
and it is only through differentiation into manifestation that relativity appears.
The creation is relative but the principle that gave rise to creation is One.
By creating technologies that work with the element of ether we can touch space and
time. Through this medium we can affect the flow and spatial effects of time. This
may seem strange in terms of the prevailing world view but let us not forget that
spaceships do appear and disappear through time and synchronicities and miracles
do happen. By opening our minds to the limitlessness of meta-physical Nature we
can learn to engineer the principles behind these singularities. We can create a
world as abstract as our thoughts. The laws of Nature that bind us now contain the
secrets of our future liberation.
Still, as technologists we create things that work as a whole, that can be used without
having to understand the inner workings through a hierarchical differentiation of
ideas. As our collective psyche develops, so this archetype becomes more manifest.
Lets take the example of one of the present most advanced expressions of this archetype
- computer technology. Think of the Internet. It is a vast system of abstraction.
It starts with physical hardware that is addressed through many different operating
systems that calls upon layers of software called TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol
over Internet Protocol), each layer abstracted into the next through encapsulated
algorithms, and ends in thought-forms projected in light. The entire system is interconnected
through the flow of energy and in this energy is embedded information, the archetype
of the messenger, Mercury.

In this section I will discuss the design philosophy of some psychotronic systems.
Since this is the first issue, I will start with the simplest, the Ether Harmoniser.
The easiest way to conceptualise ether, the fifth element, is through sound - for
it is in fact all waves. We can listen to a whole orchestra at once, the sound of
all the instruments merged as a whole at every point in space, yet we can tune into
the leading violin if we choose. We can filter bits out. All forms of filtering
is based on resonance whether in sound engineering, in radio or in mind. But ether
is more than just electromagnetic (EM) waves as it also has memory. It is within
the ether that Sheldrake's Morphic Fields exist.
All radio waves arrive at the radio antenna but only the station we "tune" to is
heard. This tuning is performed through resonance. Every radio station has its own
wavelength and the radio has an electronic equivalent of a guitar string that can
be "tightened" or "slackened" to become resonant with a chosen station. Radios transmit
or receive one frequency at a time.
In psychotronics however, we take a different approach. We build systems that tune
into many frequencies simultaneously. We can do this because space is vibrating
energy. Whereas an ordinary radio tunes into a range of frequencies, one at a time,
a psychotronic device like the Ether Harmoniser. is built as a fixed tuning into
a frequency complex.
All electrical conductors and coils have a resonant frequency based on their geometry.
Any system receiving energy also radiates energy. Energy always works as an exchange.
When two people interact they are both affected. This holds true for all energy,
so if we place lots of conductors in close proximity they all vibrate and create
a complex field of interaction. In the Ether Harmoniser this interaction takes place
through the steel shards cast into the base of the pyramid. The casting material,
a polymer, acts as a dielectric which means it can store electrical energy. The accompanying
photograph shows a group of such
shards to demonstrate the idea. I have manipulated the photograph digitally with
a mathematical frequency domain filter to show the interference patterns. The key
thing to understand here is that inside the pyramid these EM interference patterns
are three dimensional and permanent as the energy of space is ever-present and contains
all frequencies, including the ones to which each of these little "antennae" are
tuned. We now have a unique energy imprint in space! Because this is a permanent
holographic energy "tuning" we can program it with a memory. By passing conditioned
energy imprinted with some thought-form through the device, be it psychic energy
from one's palms or from a more sophisticated psychotronic energetic system, we can
program the pyramid to give off an energy related to this memory.
We know that space remembers emotional energy. We can immediately "feel" the atmosphere
of a room when we walk in. In this way each Ether Harmoniser is programmed to emit
an energy of bliss. Of course, it is up to us whether we allow ourselves to tune
in. However, irrespective of our vibrations, slowly but surely these devices imprint
their vibration on the surroundings.
The coil in the top part of the pyramid has a very special geometry that allows it
to interact with time and so amplifies and accelerates the aging of the vibration,
deepening its effect on space. Being pizo-electric, the quartz crystal in the middle
serves a similar purpose to the shards but in the higher frequency dimension of the
atom. The pyramid shape itself is a powerful energy focusing mechanism. All pure
geometries are independent of scale - a pyramid is a pyramid no matter how big it
is, and so can cross dimensions… all the way to mind.
This is a discourse on the nature of reality. In this first edition, I will introduce
the subjects to be explored in greater depth in future volumes. I will discuss the
science and philosophy of the people at the forefront of human consciousness, and
the work of great minds that has been ignored or kept secret, because their thinking
does not conform to the orthodoxy of the day.
The world view I wish to present is based on a study of the interrelations and interconnectedness
of consciousness, mind and matter. This study is called psychotronics - 'psycho'
referring to mind and 'tronic' to physics. I will explore this through the cosmogonies
of super-conscious mystics and through the new emerging scientific paradigm of scalar
electro-magnetics, which treats time and space in much the same way as do the mystics.
A world view is a system of ideas and beliefs through which we determine our relationship
to the universe. The prevailing world view, dominated by the orthodox scientific
paradigm, is still essentially medieval, in that it is based on doctrine and not
on existential truth. It is still fundamentally separatist and earth-centric, assuming
that what holds as true for our earth and our sun must by extension hold true for
the entire universe. Despite the fact that no human body has ever been further away
from earth than the moon, this principle is enshrined as a physics "foundation".
We will look further. We will explore the universe and ourselves as a projection
of an intelligent Cosmic Mind. We will explore physics in the light of the archetypes
of Cosmic Mind and of Universal Consciousness. We will explore a world view that
does not separate us from the Nature that has given birth to us. We will choose
for our path through the forest of ignorance and intellectualism the umbilical cord
of consciousness, the spiritual sutratma that has through aeons bound us to the womb
of Space.
Once we break free from the shackles of the "scientific" notion that we are mere
mechanical, physical accidents of nature and understand and experience that we are
firstly spiritual mind beings with imagination and creative abilities, a new technological
paradigm can emerge. A paradigm which can be studied and developed entirely within
the universe of Mind. This paradigm may or may not cross dimensions. Through the
etheric hyper-channel it could encompass the physical and causal. The idea is not
new - just think of a crystal ball!
We can now begin to engineer thought-forms as technologies in themselves, transferring
the informational energy directly into the time dimension as a separate reality accessible
in mental dimensions. By understanding the relationship between time waves and space
geometry we can engineer physical effects in the "causal memory" of higher dimensions.
Tom Bearden, a great thinker and genius of electro-dynamic physics, termed this
new inter-dimensional information exchange hyper-channel engineering. This is the
paradigm explored in the documentary "The Living Matrix". Although the documentary
focuses exclusively on the healing potential of this new science, it’s possibilities
extend much further, into the evolution of a fundamentally new technological culture.
We assume that the technologies of today are the way things should be, but they
are in fact a reflection of the limited mechanistic view of orthodox science. The
root of all technology is energy and our current technology is but one possible branch
of a great tree of different realisations of energy. This magazine is about another
branch off that root. This branch of technology is not so separate from us - it
interacts directly with our energy and it can learn to work with us on an informational
plane. Let us not confuse this with computers and so-called artificial intelligence
which is nothing more than algorithms and is entirely energetically separate from
us (except for harmful radiation of course). Computers do not work with information,
they work with data. Data only becomes information in our consciousness.
Here I am talking about technologies which work directly with the informational fields
of space, technologies of the fifth element that can transfer informational energy
between time and space. Hyper-channel, or etheric engineering works through the
in-between of mind and matter. I name these systems Conceptual Technology and to
fully utilise them we will have to learn to think limitlessly…

The wave is fundamental to creation. It is the effect of the interaction of time
and space. Orthodox physics holds that matter gives rise to space curvature whereas
in truth it is space curvature that gives rise to matter. Space curvature comes
about through the "thinking" action of Cosmic Mind. This Mind impulse structures
space, polarising it, creating ether vortices which result in the illusion of substance.
What we perceive as "real" is in fact all motion, all waves, a mixture of time and
ether. To understand this process of inception better we need to study the cosmogony
of Walter Russell, a Western mystic who taught the principles of the wave geometry
of space - sacred geometry if you will - vibrationally in-forming the elements of
Nature as we know them.
We are vibration. At the high end of our spectrum is the vibration of mind, impacting
on our "personal" ether-space, and at the low end are the resultant vortices that
make up our chemistry. In-between is the etheric body, the canvass on which the
physical body is painted - a myriad of harmonics that build the channels of energy
that interconnect all the parts of our body, from molecules to organs to our central
nervous system. The study of the impact of the vibration of the environment on our
etheric body (and on celestial bodies) is esoterically known as the Science of Impression.
It is a vast study carried out primarily in the higher dimensions of consciousness,
mapping the currents of information and consciousness that determines the invisible
structure and evolution of the universe. This is the basis of the one-ness of everything
and the higher our vibrations become, the more aware we become of these cosmic streams
of consciousness. We will peek at some aspects of this science of consciousness
in future editions.
Since ancient times the mystics have described the physical universe as consisting
of five elements; earth, water, fire, air and ether. This refers to the five states
of matter as we now understand them to be; solids, fluids, plasmas, gasses and space.
In Sanskrit the word akash is used interchangeably for space and ether. Ether is
seen as the prototype element from which the other four states are woven. It is
the template from which the physical dimension we experience is projected. I use
the term matter here in its perceptual context, developing the idea that it is not
what we perceive it to be. If we lived in a world made only of solids, imagine how
difficult it would have been to visualise a fluid. How would we even have conceived
of it? This is the problem with ether. How do we conceive of a substantial state
that can flow through everything when free and become tangible when structured by
information? We are really dealing with two concepts here, ether and information.
By understanding these two concepts we begin to see ether as a kind of electromagnetic
material that is impressionable by mind. It is the quasi-electrical dimension between
mind and matter receiving the creative informational impulse from mind - Cosmic or
individual - and reacting by creating structured energy vortices that we perceive
as atoms, molecules and stars.
Ether encompasses the entire spectrum of all formative energy including electro-magnetism
that is compressed into matter to form the tangible universe. This compression occurs
in the ratio given by Einstein's famous equation

is the speed of light times the speed of light. This means that a lot
of energy must be compressed to make a very small amount of matter - whence the fact
that most of space is dark or as "science" used to put it, empty. We of course know
that space is everything but empty, it is filled with electro-magnetic energy of
infinite frequency both low and high. Ether is the matrix from which all manifestation
evolves.
Everything in manifestation is electrical in nature. The atom is an electrical dipole,
its electron "shell" being negative and its nucleus being positive. Its vibration
creates the etheric (electro-magnetic) waves that harmonically bind molecules together.
Through the work of John Keely we know that the laws that hold in music hold here
too. Harmonies draw together, disharmony dispels. All we perceive is music. These
principles apply equally to the micro and macrocosm. Every star is a vibrating energy
vortex. The harmonies of the stars interconnect them and set up relationships. We
can find a scientific basis for astrology which will lead to a whole new informational
view of the universe. But first we will have to understand that the universe is
conscious.
Pioneers of Etheric Engineering
In this section we will look at the visionaries who have paved the way to this new
paradigm of conceptual technology. These were the people who had the courage to follow
their intuition, knowing there has to be something more, often at great personal
cost.
The first such pioneer I will introduce is John Ernst Worrell Keely (1830 - 1898).
John Keely was an inventor from Philadelphia, USA, who was the first we know of (since
Atlantian times anyway) to have studied and understood the workings of ether to a
point where he could turn the omni-present and omni-potential ether into a directed
motive force. Keely was trained in music and was a member of an orchestra in his
early years but his true interest lay in the theory of sound and the fundamental
reasons for harmonies and disharmonies. He was the first person to develop a complete
integrated science of spirit, mind and matter. There is so much disinformation around
Keely that it is hard to know what to believe. During his life, those who were open
minded saw his machines work and those who didn’t want to see them work, didn’t.
After his death he was immediately "debunked" by Scientific American as a charlatan
and a fraud. However, many physicists have studied his work since then and feel
that anybody who understands anything about modern physics will agree that the Scientific
American publication was prejudiced and false. Long before quantum physics, Keely
was the first to recognise sub-atomic particles, based entirely on experiments using
sound. He described seven dimensions of atomic matter, which is still beyond what
we know of the sub-atomic world even today. He described the transmutation of ether
into the states of matter in this way:

presence and workings since time immemorial so it is encouraging to see physics and
mysticism slowly beginning to converge. Topics covered are:

- Structure of ether.
- Overview of the etheric body.

4. Psychotronics as a Future Consciousness Technology
Psychotronics is based on an understanding of Nature as an integrated whole that
includes consciousness, mind and matter. As a technological methodology it focuses
on vibration as an informational interface to dimension. It is closely related to
the cosmogonies of Walter Russell and John Keely. Topics covered are:
- Tesla and his futuristic work with etheric waves.

This talk focuses on the more abstract properties of mind and time. From the perspective
of the previous talks, we will look at aspects of creativity and the mind-to-body

- Mind and the brain chemistry.
- Nikolai Kozyrev’s Causal Mechanics.
- The conceptual dimensions of time.
- Memory - our time-space transconduction momentiser for spatial integration. We

- The possibility of exploration of the unconscious through higher-dimensional
archetypes.

The purpose of this lecture series is to provide a platform from which self-study
through expansion of mind and consciousness can take place. Every lecture incorporates
a half-an-hour “psychotronic meditation” in which the group will enter a synchronous
brainwave state, entrained by an advanced Tesla-wave system. This entrainment restores
our super-learning frequencies, scrambled by stress and aging, and embeds the material
covered in the talk for later meditative recall. This technique is an invaluable
aid for studying abstract knowledge in higher mind.
Note that although the subject matter is complex, a scientific or mathematical background
is not necessary to understand the material presented. All that is required is
a willing, open mind, the courage to think abstractly and a notebook. At some level
we all know Truth - we just need a little reminder here and there...
